Got this one from my neighbor. The meat was so tender and moist. She had cooked this on her outdoor grill and aroma that surrounded you was just mouth watering. Prep time is basically the marinading time. But it's a great one dish meal. Try my Grilled Salad as a great side dish

    Recipe #38091

A wonderful side dish for any meal but goes great with any italian dish. This was the only way I could get my kids to eat spinach.

    Recipe #37427

This is a wonderful salad that goes great with all cookouts. I particularly enjoy this with Carribean chicken and a tall glass of iced tea. Don't be discouraged by the instructions. It should only take about 15 minutes to cook and assemble. Looks beautiful on a platter. Prep time includes the marinating time.

    Recipe #36795

A rich, creamy delectable chowder. Must have comfort food on cold winter evenings. Add a caesar salad and some crusty french bread and you have a meal. Don't know how well it keeps, there is never any left over. Just ask our neighbors. Sure to turn any oyster haters into oysters lovers

    Recipe #21666

This is a wonderful salad that goes great with everything. I'm not particularly fond of elbow macaroni so I experimented with the shells. Don't expect this to last for another meal. It'll be gone before you know it.

    Recipe #19682

Another one of my mom's great recipes. I can remember fights at the table over who got the last piece. My dad always won. Great the next day if any's left over.

    Recipe #19116

This dish is so simple to make and a great way to use up the left over turkey. This is one that my mom came up with. Everyone was home for dinner when this was made.

    Recipe #19108

This is one of those recipes where I just started adding and fooling with. Haven't disappointed anyone yet. Mom know you won't ever loose it.

    Recipe #19048

My dad just loved to experiment in the kitchen. This was one of his recipes that we all went nuts over and he didn't end up destroying the kitchen. It is absoultely wonderful over steaks or baked potatoes. Don't be afraid of the anchovies. My 10 year old son love this. P.S. He doesn't know about the anchovies. It sounds terrible but I can promise you that it is absoultely wonderful. My dad came up with this recipe
