I have made this several times and it's dead easy. If you have overnight guests, what could be easier for breakfast? I've made it on special occasions, too, such as Easter morning and Christmas morning, etc. This recipe comes from the Best of Bridge series.

This is another recipe I make quite often. Especially when I am busy. I can throw this in the oven and do a hundred other things while it bakes. Delicious, too.

This recipe was in one of the Toronto newspapers a few years back. They had a lot of celebrity recipes published but this one appealed to me.

Butter Icing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days. Just beat again before using. This recipe makes enough for a 9" layer cake.

This dessert looks great and tastes even better! I found the recipe in a cookbook called "Fare for Friends". It's easy to make and looks impressive.

This recipe for a delicious, no-mess, no-fuss, no-yeast beer bread comes from Labatts, and is great with soup and/or salad.

This is surprisingly good despite the fact that it has canned gravy. You would never know it. I often add a couple of carrots on top of the potato so that I have a complete meal in one dish. Delicious with some nice crusty bread.

I got this recipe from a friend and since I had the blueberries on hand, I decided to make it right away. The cake came out wonderful, and the topping was so nicely baked on top. You have to try this one. I think you could probably use a different berry if you prefer.
