Lots of mushed fruit with nuts. Gluten free and no bake.

    Recipe #518585

I love playing with cheesecake recipes :) I used coconut sugar in the cake. It's far less sweet tasting. You can also use all butter in the crust. I like the texture coconut oil gives. The time does NOT include giving the cheesecake 24 hours to sit. You can make the syrup the next day so it's warm when you serve it.

The most delicious way to eat brussel sprouts :) It works for shredded cabbage too. There are tons of recipes with bacon and sprouts :) Check them all out! YUM!

This is an updated recipe from my coconut almond bars. We eat these for breakfast and before the gym most days. Cooking time is fridge time.

    Recipe #496291

This is one of my favorite quick meals. It's very thai-ish but not traditional in any way. The recipe is very versatile. You can use any meat (chicken and salmon are my favorites) and any fresh, dried, or frozen veggies you have. You can add any kind of noodles, although I don't like the taste of wheat noodles in this dish. Rice, bean, and kelp are the tastiest.

What could be better than hot buttered rum? On apples? On a cheesecake!

    Recipe #490803

I wanted something muffin like and came up with this recipe. The texture is definitely biscuit, not muffin.

For ZWT7. Very simple recipe and similar to what I make on weekends to go with my eggs!

    Recipe #457885

For ZWT7... There were a few saurkraut salads, but I didn't see any with the same ingredients.

    Recipe #457884

ZWT7.... This is exactly how the recipe was posted and I'm still not sure if it's a raw fish recipe or the halibut is supposed to be cooked. I'm guessing raw since it says to eat immediately and discard all leftovers. Since I'm in Colorado and we don't get fresh fish, I always cook my meat.

    Recipe #457880

For ZWT7.... coconut cream, cheese, and yams.

    Recipe #457878

For ZWT7... I love beef stew in a pumpkin, so I had to add this!

    Recipe #457877

For ZWT7... I found a pacific islands cookbook and if I can get my hands on some taro leaves, this sounds like a winner!

For ZWT7. A curry powder that can be used with chicken or beef.

    Recipe #457168

These were great fun to make :D These are very sweet without adding anything. Since these are for a holiday party, I wanted to add liquor. But my mom doesn't do any alcohol so we are not using anything but cream and chocolate when she and I make them. I divided the chocolate in half and used a half cup of liquor in each (Bailey's mint and Kahlua). Adjust for whatever sweet you are using. If you do not like dark chocolate, do a bar of milk and a bar of dark. I like a very dark, rich chocolate. Times include refrigeration

    Recipe #444750

For the maple syrup, ANY sweet, such as maple syrup or honey, is fine. I used Godiva's Caramel liquor. It was amazing. But honey, maple syrup, hazelnut syrup... anything will work. Prep time includes melting down the chocolate and cooking time includes refrigeration.

    Recipe #444748

This is very nom. Everyone loved it at Thanksgiving! This is a wonderfully tart sauce with a warm bite from the ginger and just enough sweet.

    Recipe #444747

This is a very rich, decadent dessert. Pretty low on sugar for low carbers. The cook time includes refrigeration. Actual standing by the stove is closer to a half hour.

    Recipe #442914

I didn't want the usual beef mix for my pot pies, so I used squash and blackened spices to make something a bit different. I add cranberries to EVERYTHING this time of year.

    Recipe #442369

This amazing Spice Company is at my local Farmer's Market: http://www.frombeginningtoendfoods.com/ ... I bought his Bacon Chive Dip and made a chicken pot pie with it. So this recipe stars the dip :) PLEASE let me know if any measurements seem really off. I never measure and forgot to pay enough attention.
