So good, and so easy to make. Goes great with pakoras!

    Recipe #311237

I love all chutneys, and the addition of walnuts adds just enough fat and makes it taste a little creamier than an average tomato chutney. Plus you get the added benefit of the omega-6 fatty acids from the walnuts!!

    Recipe #311236

Many other vegetarian tuna salad uses tofu or other relatively expensive ingredients, but not this one! Just a can of chickpeas and a couple other ingredients you probably already have in the fridge. It has a pretty realistic texture - add whatever you like, and would normally put in tuna salad. The ingredient measurements are approximate - I have never actually measured how much to put in, just eyeballed it. Please put in as much or little as you want, or whatever you want.

Ok, I know it sounds REALLY weird to put a can of beans in a cheese sauce, but it's really thick and creamy. Most other cheese sauces are just loaded with saturated fat, but this one is really high in protein, fiber, and low in fat! It is so much more filling than regular cheese sauce so you can use less. Give it a shot, it sounded really weird to me, but I liked it!

I love monkey bread, but it usually takes so long to make. This recipe is a lot easier, and can give you a quick monkey bread fix without all the time and effort you would normally put into making it. Nothing beats hot monkey bread right out of the oven, but this will do!

    Recipe #156427

This is a really good lower fat version of a black bean salad I found in a magazine. It is really easy to make!

    Recipe #156350

I got this recipe from a co-worker. She added ground beef in hers. It is really good without it, and really quick to prepare. You could add some cheese on top and serve this with a crisp salad, and you have a great meal.
