These fries are awesome! Perfectly seasoned and crispy. Great as a side to a sandwich, or burger!

This is one of my favorite dishes to prepare. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside eggplant baked with homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. If you love eggplant, make this dish, you won't be sorry! There may be a better one out there but I haven't had it, so as far as i'm concerned this is it!

I love Chinese Take Out. But why order Chinese, when it's so much fun to make it yourself. This may not be authentic, but it's really really tasty!

These steaks are great on their own! But I like to dress mine up with some compound butter. Note: Cooking time varies depending on the thickness of the steak, and how you like it cooked. Helpful hint: Go to, on the bottom of the page click on resources and cooking charts, then steaks.

I got this recipe from Lidia Bastianich's cookbook. It's a great recipe, the only change I made was I added garlic (my favorite ingredient). You can make this ahead and freeze it. So much better than jar sauce! If you cannot get San Marzano tomatoes, I recommend Colivata or Cento brands.

Me and my 9 year old nephew Edwin cooked this dish together today. He did all the labor, and I just supervised. It came out so delicious, we called it the "BOMB DOT COM"!

I always loved the little cup of Cole Slaw they served next to a sandwich at diners. I had no idea how easy it would be to make it at home. Hope you try it!

I got this recipe years ago from my Aunt and Uncle. These are by far the BEST grilled hot wings I EVER had!

    Recipe #502723

I love this recipe because it's a change on the same old Italian spaghetti and meatballs (don't get me wrong I love Italian food). This recipe has bold Latin flavors. Meatballs simmered in a light tomato sauce served over white rice! Yum!

    Recipe #504655

My Italian Grandpa Joey used to make this dish. I remember eating it as a kid and thinking wow how does he do it? So I had to create my own version and kick it up a notch. This is my nephew's favorite dish!

    Recipe #502729

I wanted to make macaroni and cheese today, and I had some fresh broccoli that I needed to use up. So I decided on this one pot wonder! It was delicious!

    Recipe #503983

I love this recipe. You can make ahead and freeze it in batches. If you love garlic like myself, you will love this one! I use San Marzano tomatoes because they are simply the best. But If you cannot find San Marzano tomatoes, I recommend Colivata or Cento brand crushed tomatoes.

    Recipe #502702

This is my version of Bistec Empanizado. Similar to the Cuban versoin of Bistec Empanizado, except I don't use an egg wash or the cracker crumb crust. Mine is seasoned to perfection and lightly breaded in flour. It's soooooo good!

    Recipe #505137

I'm not much of a dessert maker, I'm better at savory dishes, but I was watching an episode of The Pioneer Woman on the Food Network one day and she made a blackberry cobbler. It looked so easy to make and yummy, so I had to try it. I substituted blueberries for the blackberries. I made a little more batter than she did, and used a little less sugar. It was delicious! Promise!

This is something I just threw together at the last minute. It was really good! Eat as much as you want since kale is a super food! ;-)

    Recipe #505962

I've been experimenting with Chinese food lately and have been dying to make fried rice. Since I had Chicken and Broccoli I needed to use up, I figured I'd make it a one pot meal. Considering this was my first time making it, it turned out really good! ;-)

    Recipe #505356

An Italian-American Comfort Food. Pan seared seasoned chicken braised in a light tomato sauce with peppers, onions and herbs. To really bump up the flavor of the whole dish I served it over Angel Hair pasta Aglio Olio (garlic and oil). Delish!

    Recipe #504812

I love the flavor of Chipotles in adobo sauce. But on their own they are extremely spicy. Combining them with brown sugar, the citrus and the grilling tones down the heat a bit. Though It's still pretty spicy, I happen to love this marinade and this sandwich! ;-)

    Recipe #505240

Lightly breaded chicken cutlets in a lemon buttery sauce. A delicious Italian American dish that's full of flavor.

    Recipe #504489

I was sitting my 9 yr. old nephew and took him with me to the produce store. He was so excited to see all the fresh produce (he's just like me) and wanted to create a pasta dish. This is what we came up with, and it was sooooo good.
