Corn Pudding done casserole style that is to die for. My Bubby ( Jewish Grandma) gave me the recipe last time I saw her(Thank you!!!) I like this recipe because it incorporates wholesome goodness into a real comfort food. You can use sugar in place of Splenda in this recipe or no sweetner at all if you prefer. Tastes perfect straight out of the oven or can be served cold as well. This makes an excellent side dish at a brunch or fits in well at dinner as well. This is an excellent addition to a holiday table, whether it be Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas or Hannukkah! Note: I've made this w/ no -fat sour creme and no sugar, and it wonderful. I haven't tried substituting the butter though because I think you need this in this recipe, but if you do , let me know how it turned out!

Smoked paprika adds a nice distinct flavor to an otherwise run of the mill recipe. I also use more than a dash of garlic salt.... Double the recipe to use at a gathering as a side dish or for brunch- to serve 8 or so folks. Doubled will make a 9x 11 or 9X 13 sized dish. As written this recipe serves 4 as a side. I don't remember where I got the original from- I want to say it was a magazine....

The first time I saw this on a buffet table years ago I thought it would taste gross, BUT I loved it!

    Recipe #355540

This recipe is a form of apple crisp that I have made since I was a teenager. It is the only one I use and it consistently tastes matter what type of apples are used. I have substituted Splenda sugar for both the brown and white sugars called for in this recipe and it comes out tasting just as good, although the 'crisp' part has a little different texture to it, but not bad. I only recommend using real butter in this recipe. This is the type of comfort food that you can have a big bowl of, climb back into bed, and eat under the warmth of the comforters when it is freezing cold outside....I love it! I usually double the recipe and freeze one dish for use later. Just thaw in refrigerator and reheat if you want it warm.

My Bubby Z's basic recipe for noodle kugel. She made this for all of the Jewish and family celebrations we used to have.

    Recipe #355608

A staple dessert recipe for the autumn. Freezes well, so can be made ahead of time and sliced into pieces for presentation on dessert table.

    Recipe #355613

A very easy -to- put- together, delicious sauce my mom made every time we had a Easter ham. It seems an odd combination of ingredients, but it taste fantastic!

    Recipe #356921

You can make this both the 'sugar-full and fat full' way OR it tastes equally good by cutting the fat out either half way and substituting apple sauce for 1/2 the butter(or go all the way and use all applesauce), and/or use Splenda brand sugars(both brown and 'white'). Either way it doesn't last long around here!

    Recipe #155687

A fresh and oh- so- tasty treat for summertime...or anytime!
