Rich and delicious seafood bisque! I use chicken broth because it's cheap and easy to find, but if you are so inclined, you could use fresh lobster stock or 3 ounces of Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold reconstituted in 4 cups of hot water.

    Recipe #229275

Perfect for a cold night in front of the fire. Makes two large mugs -- feel free to play around with the milk and cream amounts, to your liking. Enjoy!

    Recipe #198685

    Recipe #160847

A delicious meal of sautéed shrimp served over fettuccine with a rich, creamy white wine sauce. The red chili pepper flakes give this dish a nice bite.

    Recipe #276584

This recipe is a staple in my boyfriend's family. It is unbelievably moist and rich!

    Recipe #229271

When I was a little girl, I used to love the eggplant casserole at Luby's Cafeteria. This is pretty similar.

    Recipe #229267

Japanese Panko bread crumbs give the shrimp a light, crispy breading, but they still have a nice Italian flavor. Enjoy!

    Recipe #229249

My boyfriend and I just finished having this for dinner -- wonderful!! I had to tweak the original recipe, and what follows is the end result. I'm sure the crust could actually be used on all kinds of fish -- Chilean sea bass is pretty expensive (ours was almost $30/lb), but you could likely substitute any kind of white fish with good results.
