An adaptation of a few favorite recipes.

    Recipe #466947

I was recently served this appetizer at a baby shower, and it was simple yet delicious!

    Recipe #466109

Simply to make sauce for pasta or to top pork chops.

    Recipe #466108

This is a very basic Marinara that can be embellished depending on your mood. Variations, add onion and/or peppers while cooking garlic. Add ¼ cup red wine after garlic is cooked and let it reduce by 50% before adding tomatoes….it depends on what I have on hand…but this is the basic and simple sauce!

    Recipe #461108

This is another way to quickly, easily make refried beans...tastes so much better than canned! Although, my cousin raised in Texas says the butter should be replaced by lard...I'll leave that up to you!

    Recipe #460636

Chocolate Cupcakes with Nutella, Almond Butter, and Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting.....devine!

    Recipe #459476

Saw this today on Paula Dean's show and posting it to try at carry in BBQ

    Recipe #458533

    Recipe #458532

Mahi Mahi is on sale this week...posted to try (I am trying to grill the fish though)

    Recipe #458530

I found this recipe in Cooking Light 2009 and am posting it for safe keeping. It is the best!

    Recipe #457430

This is a Kat Cora recipe from iVillage. Posted to try later.

    Recipe #457427

My attempt to emulate one of my favorite dishes from Buca di Beppo. You can also serve the sauce on noodles and place the salmon on top of it.

    Recipe #453442

After not making pasta for 15 years, I have made it three times in the past week and this, my final attempt was the best and rolled perfectly for linguine. Posting so I remember the next time I make pasta......probably tomorrow! I used a mixer to assemble the ingredients, and a hand crank pasta machine to roll and cut the pasta.

    Recipe #452242

This is an adaptation from another recipe posted on Recipezaar; lower fat and less sugar. You can substitute 5 cups of shredded cabbage and 1/2 cup shredded carrot for the pre-packaged coleslaw mix if you choose.

    Recipe #449813

I found this recipe while I was looking for the Tommy Bahama Fish Taco recipe and thought it sounded fantastic. I found a recipe for white chocolate mousse and prepared it separately, but you can order the swiss white chocolate mousse like they actually use at the Tommy Bahama restaurant (Order Item #90026 at (1-800-34-Swiss) or order@scff.com) The amount of white chocolate mousse is approximate. I actually like the cake better on the second day, so I recommend making it and allowing it to sit in the refrigerator overnight before serving if you can!

    Recipe #449664

I found this recipe to post after a friend shared a picture of her daughter enjoying these at Tommy Bahama's Restaurant in Florida. They sound fantastic and I cannot wait to try them!

    Recipe #449598

Adaptation from a summer favorite when tomatoes are ripe. This is a fantastic substitute in the winter when the tomatoes are a bit bland.

    Recipe #448866

This is a merge of a couple of other recipes, which I adapted for the crock pot. You can use any kind of beef roast you choose.

    Recipe #448698

Anything Nutella is yummy as far as I am concerned, and these prove that point! I use a pampered chef cookie scoop to measure and they come out perfectly sized!

    Recipe #448299

I combined a couple of my favorites recipes to create a new one!
