This salad was demonstrated at the supermarket one day, sponsored by Kraft Foods. One taste and I was hooked. It's super simple to prepare, and tastes great! You can substitute low fat ingredients and still get all the flavor. Feel free to use your favorite brands. I served this with corn muffins and received rave reviews from the family. It looks great layered in a glass bowl.

    Recipe #306336

This salad is fresh, light, and goes with everything. Be sure to use fresh sweet corn when making it, the sweeter the better. If you make it the day before serving, flavors will have a chance to blend. This keeps for several days in the fridge. Cook time is minimum chill time.

    Recipe #66478

These are easy to make, and kids love them. Add cranberry sauce and a veggie and it's almost like a mini Thanksgiving feast!

    Recipe #47100

Easy to prepare ahead of time, baking the cranberries and sugar really brings out the flavor. Prep time does not include chilling after baking.

    Recipe #47096

These will take you right back to childhood! Enjoy!

    Recipe #36592

This dish is light, but the flavors are intense. They explode in your mouth!

    Recipe #36456

Posted in request for a Chile Relleno casserole with fresh chiles. I have not tried this recipe, personally.

    Recipe #35488

Having grown up with these, I didn't realize that most folks have never heard of a wet burrito. It is a meat and bean (or all meat or all bean) burrito with a spicy gravy and cheese on top. They are available here in many restaurants, and no self respecting bar would be without one on the menu, lol! Once you try them, you'll never go back to "dry" burritos again! Don't let the long list of directions scare you, these are easy!

    Recipe #33665

These fudgy, rich, and oh so yummy cookies have a powdered sugar coating that cracks upon baking. That's why they're named earthquakes! Prep time includes refrigerating time. They freeze very well. Enjoy! :o)

    Recipe #32288

These tasty sticky buns are easy to make with frozen bread dough! Prep time includes rising time.

    Recipe #31275

Here's another make-it-the-night-before breakfast casserole. You don't need syrup with this one. Prep time does not include refrigerating overnight.

    Recipe #31167

Here's an excellent breakfast casserole that can also be used as a light dinner. It must be refrigerated at least 8 hours before baking. Prep time does not include refrigeration.

    Recipe #31117

These steaks are quick, and good enough to serve company!

    Recipe #30960

This is one of my favorite warm desserts, easy and tasty.

    Recipe #29795

This recipe comes from Hershey's and it makes a decadent dessert! If you're counting calories and fat grams, just ignore this one. :o)

    Recipe #29756

My husband comes from Traverse City, Michigan, cherry capital of the world. Fresh sweet cherries are plentiful in late June and July. This is a delightful dessert that is great by itself, with creme fraiche, or over vanilla ice cream or pound cake. You can keep it on hand for up to 6 months in your refrigerator. Prep time includes chill time.

    Recipe #29754

These yummy little corn cakes are a great side dish for chicken or fish, and they also make a good appetizer. You can prepare the batter a few hours ahead and refrigerate, then saute just before serving.

    Recipe #29747

This is a great light sandwich!

    Recipe #29075

Pronounced "bor-en-young-us", it simply means brandy with raisins. This is a traditional Dutch recipe, and this drink is served most often at Christmas time, as an appetizer with cheese and crackers, or as a dessert drink. Please note that you must make this 3 months in advance!

    Recipe #28949

Fresh basil, fresh garlic, and fresh tomatoes make this easy one dish meal awesome! :o)
