    My Aunt Helene, who I always remember being a wonderful cook growing up, gave me this recipe. I have not tried it yet, but it sounds delish!     A really tasty recipe. Learned how to make these from three Italian ladies that are wonderful cooks. Peppers are sauted first. Recipe can be scaled down, and/or changed to suite your taste.
