    Never have to roll all those cabbage rolls again! Just layer the cabbage leaves and tomato/meat sauce and bake. This is very easy and tasty too.

    We love this main dish because it is very flavorful, filling, easy on the budget, AND on the cook! Use whatever steaks are on sale and they always turn out tender. I buy the family pack size, save a couple for one meal and throw the rest in the pot for this comforting meal.

    This is the only way that I like to eat liver. The gravy seems to take away that strong "liver taste". My husband is all smiles when I cook him this. I serve it with mashed potatoes, corn, and biscuits or cornbread...a real belly-filler, but very good for you.

    This soup is so hearty and filling, but very healthy and low cal! We gobbled this up in two days! I chose not to add any pasta-the potatoes giving enough starch for me. If I decided to add 1 1/2 cups small pasta, i think i would cook it half-way, then add it at last 10 minutes and possibly add another 1/4 cup of water. This can also be made vegetarian by omitting the ground chuck. Enjoy!!!

    These are so good, you may NEVER buy taco shells again! But be prepared to be the last one to have a chance to sit down and eat. As soon as I sit down to eat my first taco, my guests are needing their 3rd or 4th or 5th one cooked...But, it is well worth it to hear that these are the best tacos they have ever had!

    A great way to use up that last bit of chili! A very cheap and easy meal. For variations, add cheese, cream corn, onions, and/or jalapenos to the batter. Can be made in advance.

    The secret is the COFFEE!!! This is a variation of a steak rub from a morning news show (dont remember which one), only they made the Montreal Steak Seasoning from scratch....I say forget that...this was a big hit & so much easier!!! Too much pepper? Add more O. powder and coffee. Enjoy!
