Copied from our local newspaper years ago. They write: Not only is it easy to assemble, it also has incredible staying power. Once it puffs up on baking, you can serve it buffet-style without worry that your souffle will cave in before everyone has been served. Much more colorful than the usual cheese souffle, it's stuffed with mild green chilies, red pimiento, chicken and cheddar and jack cheeses.
Is there anything at Fleming's Steakhouse that isn't just wonderful? If it wasn't so expensive I'd eat there more often but when you can make it at home for a fraction of the cost, why not? This was posted in our local newspaper and its directly from the executive chef Russell Skall.
This comes out perfect each time I've made it. The high temp at the start seals in all those wonderful juices and when its time to slice the roast, you won't believe all the juices. Very moist and tasty. Use your own spice blend but this is how I make it.
Easy and sooo yummy. Got this recipe when I worked at Knott's Berry Farm. "Cooking" time is chilling time. Shortbread cookie crumbs should total the 1 1/2 cup, its hard to get the recipe to write up that way. Also note the divided use of the jam.
Different colored marshmallows make this a pretty dish for Spring. I got the recipe from a fellow officemate when I worked at Knott's Berry Farm. "Cooking Time" is actually the time spent in the refrigerator.
Found this in the local newspaper just in time to make my Dad his chocolate cream pie for Thanksgiving which he loves. My Dad being a heart patient, I'm looking for ways to lower the fat in everything nowadays.
Just cut the recipe out of our local paper, so I haven't tried them yet. Different from the other Angel cookies here as this one has powdered sugar. Looks easy with a short ingredient list. Time includes the 30 min. refrigerator time, also don't know how to put the servings correctly but it says it makes 6 doz. so I put 72 servings.
From the original Lawry's The Prime Rib on La Cienaga Blvd. in Beverly Hills. An elegant way to serve your prime rib roast. I'll also post the horseradish recipe. Adjust cooking time for amount of meat.
If you like lime, parsley and garlic you'll love this tangy sauce for any type of meat, fish or chicken - I even tried it on pork and it was yummy. I use Via Nueva brand lemon salt (Sal Con Limon) and just love it on almost everything. You can order it online at vianueva.com using paypal. I save the Chimichurri sauce in a jar with a tight fitting lid for up to 2 weeks, thats all its ever lasted before being eaten. Fresh squeezed limes add alot to the flavor. You can use less olive oil too.
With reports lately saying pumpkin is a "Super Food" and how good and healthy pumpkin is for you, I went searching for pumpkin recipes and copied this recipe from Pumpkin Masters site. Smells so good baking and tastes terrific too.
