My mum used to make these when I still at school, and then she stopped making them. I only recently got her to give me the recipe, but it didn't turn out like I remembered; I've tinkered with it a bit to make it chewier and more like my memory of it. =) It's quite thin and not as rich as a brownie, but more moist than a slice.

    Recipe #157024

Just made this from a recipe in a magazine, and the family all liked it, being a not-too-sweet and soft slice. Also, the ingredients are readily available, and it's pretty easy to make.

    Recipe #152425

Adapted from a recipe in Aus Super Food Ideas magazine.

    Recipe #152409

I was just looking for a way to get rid of leftover hamburger patty and make a quick simple meal.

This came from a recent issue of Food Ideas magazine (AUS), I think. It takes a little cooking time, but it's simple, smells great straight out of the oven, and tastes hearty.

    Recipe #149295

I'm a cooking disaster, so when I say this is my foolproof recipe - I have never managed to screw it up - it really means something. =) This originally came from a magazine article about cooking for kids.
