I got this recipe from The Fresh Market website. It was a hit in my house, and I'll definitely be making it again!
I used chicken tenderloins instead of split chicken breasts, and about 1/8 cup dried parsley flakes.
I came up with this recipe on my own based on what I watched my mom do growing up. They're basically loaded baked potatoes, only mashed! The sour cream keeps the potatoes nice and creamy, so you can reheat them as leftovers - If you have any!!! (Measurements are approximate as they will vary according to taste).
I got this potato recipe by Giada de Laurentis on Food Network. They're definitely a different taste than your regular smashed potatoes! Not recommended for one who doesn't like a lot of parmesan or olive oil!!! (
I got this recipe from "365 Ways to Cook Chicken." It tastes wonderful! You can serve according to the recipe and double the sauce and toss the chicken with pasta. I've also made it without cubing the chicken breasts.
I got the recipe from an Italian cookbook, and it's a favorite for my husband and I. It seems like a complicated recipe, but it's very easy. A hand chopper is REALLY handy for this recipe too! This can feed 6-10 people depending on the serving sizes. (Prep time is approximate)
