5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. A delightfully simple but yummy appetizer, perfect for game days, picnics or last-minute guests. Made this for the Super Bowl with ingredients I had in the fridge. You can add lots more but staying within the 5 ingredients was a fun experiment. I often use two cans of dough to make a double batch, because they go so quickly.

    Recipe #496313

5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. An unusual way to serve potatoes to be sure, but surprisingly potatoes are simply delicious with a peanut-satay sauce. Fell in love with this sauce on a trip to Thailand. First cooked this during a bbq meal and everyone raved. Had a few more ingredients in it then, but even this condensed recipe is popular with my bbq buddies.

    Recipe #496310

5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. A potato green onion, red pepper and crispy bacon frittata, perfect for brunch, as a dinner side dish, or as an appetizer. We whipped this up one day when we had surprise guests for brunch, and served it with some blueberry muffins and grilled maple syrup sausages. It's now one of our favorite meals, we enjoy it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
