Have had this recipe in my files for years - not sure where I found it. The citrus juice in this marinade helps to tenderize pork or chicken.
From the Vegetarian Grill Cookbook. The recipe states that this marinade can be used as a glaze for poultry or pork, but it is wonderful on grilled broccoli, other vegetables and tofu.

Another marinade recipe from my files. This is a nice marinade for pork or beef. After marinating and refrigeration, allow meat to come back to room temp before grilling.
