The haunting, subtle flavor of chai spices adds depth and richness to these elegant French baked custards. I found this on another website , which I knew I would never find again, and decided to put it here for safe keeping. It sounds delicious and I want to try it soon! The recipe says cook time over 2 hours, but I just can't see that....maybe total from start to finish.

    Recipe #440526

From Better Homes & Garden. Classic mac & cheese casserole is modernized by replacing American and/or cheddar cheese with a buttery-flavored fontina cheese and Parmesan. A touch of garlic and the addition of shrimp results in a totally innovative creation. Fontina is a traditional Italian cheese that is often served as a dessert cheese

    Recipe #436952

These spicy and savoury shrimp are wonderful served with a salad, angel hair pasta or plain white rice. I'm not really sure of the times...but it is a quick recipe.

    Recipe #436143

This is so good! The Worcestershire sauce is key in the unique flavor of this salad, so I would not advise leaving it out. You may use rotisserie chicken from the grocery store to cut down on time. Sometimes I leave out the shredded carrots and add sliced toasted almonds , walnuts or pecans. I believe that this recipe originally came from Cooking Light. I'm not sure of the time, but I think about 20 minutes if you buy your chicken

From: The Kitchen at Johnsonville Sausage The great flavor of Johnsonville Brats® turns this old time favorite into a tradition.

    Recipe #398010

Inspired by Simple Food for the Good Life. This luscious recipe inspired by simple-living expert Helen Nearing takes strawberries to new levels of pleasure: you don’t need an ice-cream maker to concoct this tangy-sweet and creamy frozen strawberry dessert. ( Cook time is freezing time)

This is a great recipe for backstrap. I found it on another cooking site and decided that it needed to be shared with the Zaar. It takes about 5 hours of marinading time. These also work well as an appetizer.

    Recipe #325329

An easy, any-night way to add spark to simply grilled fish. Any mild fish will do; snapper works particularly well. Time includes cooking & cooling. I receive emails from Bonefish and this is the latest recipe that they have included.

    Recipe #290625

I had this at my SIL's house last week and immediately asked for the recipe. She used whole wheat orzo, fresh basil and toasted the pine nuts. This recipe received rave reviews from everyone there.

I make this and keep it around. A herbed butter is delicious on bread by itself. But you've got to try it on steamed potatoes, fresh veggies, a steak or rubbed all over a chicken before roasting.

This is a "30 Minute Apron Meal" from Publix. Very good served with Fettuccine Alfredo, or a nice fresh veggie ( you can cook your fettuccine while your steaks are cooking and all should come up at the same time!) Also, this recipe is for 4 servings, but I only do 2, and then pour the extra over the steaks.

This is another great tropical recipe for Mahi-mahi, that I stole from another web site! I like to use fresh pineapple but canned will do. Enjoy!!

    Recipe #215609

Mahi-mahi is a dolphin-fish, not to be confused with dolphins or porpoises which are mammals. This is a deliciuos recipe that I stole from another cooking site! Cooking time does include marinading time.

    Recipe #215607

From Cooking Light Sweet-hot pepper jelly and tangy pineapple preserves create an easy glaze for the ham.

    Recipe #198427

Not very low in calories...but it's only once a year...right? Plus, it uses up that extra pumpkin. Cooking time includes baking and set time.

We had these at Bonefish Grill. They are a great app. Since then, I have been trying many recipes looking for one that tastes close. This is the best that I have found. Sometimes I fix these and just serve with a salad for lunch - very delicious!

    Recipe #187731

A chef friend tells me he thought this up, and wouldn't give me the recipe...but I found it on (Paula Deen). The only thing different (that I can tell) is that he used balsamic vinegar. Sounds strange, but it is a delightful combination of flavors.

Just a fancy gtilled ham & cheese sandwich, but very good!

    Recipe #180778

These are really good. Sometimes I cut them into small bite sized pieces, secure them with a tooth pick and serve them as apps.
