    Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. I usually make this potato salad with red potatoes and it is always a hit! The tang and seasoning from the Ranch dressing just kicks it up a notch (I saw Emeril Lagassi use ranch in place of mayonnaise). It is delicious hot or cold.

    5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. I was making a pasta dish with some ingredients I had left over in the fridge. When I saw this contest I just substituted potatoes. For vegetarians you can substitute one 10 oz bag of spinach in place of the ground beef.

    Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry. I absolutely love ranch dressing and almost equally love potato salad. I heard Emiril Lagasse added ranch dressing to his potato salad and had to try it. I tried it with my favorite potato salad ingredients and could not believe the difference in flavor. I like it warm, but you can eat it either warm or cold and the next day it tastes even better!

    Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry. I love crispy breaded chicken. I wanted to come up with something I could coat the chicken in besides buttermilk that would make it moist and very flavorful. Ranch dressing is my absolute favorite condiment and dip practically everything in it. So I thought instead of buttermilk, why not Ranch!

    Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry. I always cook for friends, and have this couple I love to cook for because the wife does not cook and what husband would not like 2 women waiting on him hand and foot! Lisa is my "sous chef" when I cook and we have so much fun. I asked them to be my guinea pigs for this recipe before I turned it in for the contest. I love anything you can eat with your fingers, and especially something that can sit around for awhile and taste just as good an hour or two after cooking it!
