    Recipe #187150

This casserole was first served to me 30+ years ago by my sis in law Kathy. It is a real good fast recipe as you can have this done in less than 40 minutes. Kids love this--adults too. It is perfect for busy moms on days when you have to run the kids here and there. Only 4 ingredients and super easy to put together. The 6 ounces of ham is Hormel chunk ham in the can like tuna comes in. The thing would not accept 1 can of Hormel chunk ham no matter how hard I tried.

    Recipe #187440

This recipe is my dear sis in law Mary Lee's. It is WONDERFUL. Here in Mi we have 2 German restaurants close by in a town called FRANKENMUTH--wonderful German food of all kinds, BUT her Sauerbraten beats theirs all the way.

This recipe is really really good as a side or really good to put on top of a hamburger I hope you like it. (cook time is marinating time lasts at least 3 days in fridge)

    Recipe #187353

A really chewy softer chocolate chip cookie I've been making them for a number of years now and am sorry to have forgotten which friend gave me this recipe------------ if you have quick oats you can just add them as is....but if you have the regular oatmeal you will need to process it in your blender or food processor..I always just use ouick oats because I like the look of the oats in the cookie and the secret ingredient?? lemon juice I remember thinking the 1st time I made them " lemon juice in a cookie??" according to the note at the bottom of my recipe I've written the lemon juice helps to activate the baking soda creating a chewy soft cookie I think you'll like these!!
