I got this recipe out of Curves magazine. It turned out so good, I made it again 2 nights later. I made it a little different than the recipe below. I knew we wouldn't be able to find the star anise in our grocery store, so I asked my husband to pick up a bulb a fennel (same flavor pretty much). What he thought was fennel was actually nappa cabbage. So, I threw a few leaves of that in there instead.
I don't like ricotta cheese, so I never liked traditional white pizza. But, my mom used to make a different kind of white pizza without ricotta. It's a completely different flavor. I usually don't measure and go by eye, so the measurements below are not exact.
I invented these pork chops one day when I was feeling creative. They turned out to be delicious....now a family favorite. And they are so incredibly easy to make. Sometimes I will use the same recipe on chicken as well.
