    I love this is zesty, zippy, tangy and sassy! Go easy on the cayenne if you're not into spice or just use paprika instead! If this is too tangy for you, add anywhere from 1/2 teaspoon to 2 teaspoons of sugar to taste...I just don't like to add sugar to my dressings! Enjoy!

    This queso isn't so much a dip as it is a sauce. I use this to top my burritos, empanadas "Recipe #251992" and enchiladas. I also pour this cheese sauce all over my rice and beans, too!! Enjoy!

    I love salty dogs...but a salty dog martini is something you don't see very's just a touch stronger than a regular salty dog. this recipe is just the right amount for my martini glasses which are a bit larger than most. for a smaller or regular size martini glass, 2 oz. of vodka and juice should be plenty. enjoy!

    An excellent marinade for any meat. I've tried this with fish, chicken, pork and beef, so like I said, ANY meat! Marinade should be good for up to 2 pounds of meat, this is an extremely flavorful marinade, a little bit goes a LONG way! Garnish your meat with lime wedges! Enjoy!

    This is a simple way to make pasta salad. This was originally a baked casserole dish that I though would be great as a pasta salad. I like to use a store-bought roasted chicken and a bag of assorted pasta that has penne, spiral, bowties and shells! You could also try tortellini! I hope you enjoy!

    This is an interesting and tasty Giada recipe. Great make-ahead recipe, put everything together except the balsamic vinegar, evoo, salt and pepper and store in the fridge until time to serve! The original recipe calls for olives, but I prefer to substitute with feta cheese.
