I love salty dogs...but a salty dog martini is something you don't see very's just a touch stronger than a regular salty dog. this recipe is just the right amount for my martini glasses which are a bit larger than most. for a smaller or regular size martini glass, 2 oz. of vodka and juice should be plenty. enjoy!

My hubby loves these! We like to top these spicy burgers with Recipe#269714! Enjoy!

Can't get much easier than this! Boy is this tasty! This recipe is very versatile, too! I actually never measure anything, so I hope the measurements are right. Honestly, I don't think you could mess this up! I prefer to use the Bobloi 12" Thin Crust shells. You can also make 2 of the Boboli Mini Crusts instead of the 12". Of course, you can use whatever pizza crust/dough you like. For something different, I made this spreading 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing on the crust before topping with the saucy chicken! It gave it a different twist! This is a fun recipe to play with!! Enjoy!

This is my version of open-faced sloppy joes. I probably make this 2-3 times a month...DH loves it so! To make this a fast, weeknight meal I use a sloppy joe packet and frozen Texas toast garlic bread slices with 5 cheeses(of course, you don't have to get the kind with cheese). You could also use a loaf of garlic bread and cut into large pieces after baking if you prefer. Enjoy!

This is a fun recipe! Kids will love it! I serve with a jarred marinara sauce that I jazz up a little. I have also tried this recipe using pork chops cut into thin strips. Both ways are excellent! Enjoy!

This queso isn't so much a dip as it is a sauce. I use this to top my burritos, empanadas "Recipe #251992" and enchiladas. I also pour this cheese sauce all over my rice and beans, too!! Enjoy!

These are so yummy! This is supposed to serve 4, but DH and I always wolf it all down and it's just the 2 of us!! Serve with rice and beans. There will be a lot of cheese sauce, which is a little more than you need to top empanadas...but we love it so much, we drizzle it all over our rice and beans and use it as dip for our tortilla chips!! I usually make the filling up ahead of time so it goes faster for me. Note: The original recipe calls for you to make eight 4.5" circles out of both puff pastry sheets. I find it easier to just cut each pastry sheet into thirds (where it's been folded) and cut each third into thirds (each sheet gives you 9 squares, so 18 total). If you use circles, it will make 8 half moon shaped empanadas and if you use squares it will make 18 triangle shaped empanadas. I think it's so much faster to cut squares. Enjoy!

Everywhere I have taken this dish, it's all people talk about! It's the only way I do baked beans anymore! When it's just DH and I, I use only 1 can and 2 quart dish. I hope the measurements are right...I always just eyeball everything! I don't like my baked beans as sweet as most people, so feel free to add more brown sugar to taste! Enjoy!

I love this is zesty, zippy, tangy and sassy! Go easy on the cayenne if you're not into spice or just use paprika instead! If this is too tangy for you, add anywhere from 1/2 teaspoon to 2 teaspoons of sugar to taste...I just don't like to add sugar to my dressings! Enjoy!

Love, love, love this recipe! It's done in less than 20 minutes and is so flavorful and creamy. Perfect with a salad and garlic bread or a grilled cheese! I have made my own alterations/additions to this recipe. Here's a tip on the sage: sometimes I'll use dried sage instead of the fresh sage leaf and in that case I start with about a teaspoon and add more to taste if need be. Also, I use my immersion blender and puree the soup right in the pot rather than using a regular blender...Giada just uses a regular blender, either way works fine! Enjoy!

My spin on an Atheno's recipe. I added the chicken cuz I gotta have a little meat! Very rich and yummy dish. Shells are easier to fill when their cool rather than hot and cooked to just al dente. Serve with salad and garlic bread! Enjoy!

Use McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning. I got this from the McCormick website and modified it to my taste! I like a LOT of flavor, so I always marinate overnight. Enjoy!

Roasting the veggies makes this unique from any other Primavera. This is truly TO DIE FOR! My take on a Giada de Laurentiis dish. I've tweaked it quite a bit. I have also tossed about 2 cups of rotisserie chicken in with the veggies and also used tortellini instead of the bowtie pasta. (I also add mushrooms when DH isn't home!) Anyway, it's a very easy recipe to play around with! Enjoy!

Yum! You can't go wrong with this recipe. Country style mac and cheese loaded with ground beef and tomatoes! Very similar to chili mac. Taste the meat mixture, you might need to add more of the dried spices. Enjoy!

    Recipe #211064

This is a great salad to make for a romantic dinner or Valentine's Day! If you don't make the dressing, any store bought dressing would work for this salad such as Italian or a Raspberry Vinegrette, etc. Another Rachael Ray winner! Enjoy!
