This is my take on a Rachael Ray recipe: Inside Out Pizza Panini. I don't follow it in it's entirety, if I did I would use the same title. I have a panini press I have fallen in love with, and this is like my two favorite things in the world (pizza & panini). I am putting *my* favorite ingredients in this, but just like pizza you can do what you want. Unlike a lot of these recipes I do not add pizza sauce, I serve it heated on the side for dunking.

    Recipe #349769

This is a very simple salsa recipe from Los Barrios, a very popular San Antonio restaurant that specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine. This comes straight from the Los Barrios cookbook written by the owner, Diana Barrios Trevino. It is especially great if you need a quick and easy recipe to throw together before a party or when having friends over.

    Recipe #256473

This is a wonderful queso style dip you can customize for desired spiciness--perfect for parties (I serve at superbowl parties). To make it extra special I serve in a hollowed out sourdough bread bowl. Preparing it in the slow cooker ensures it stays hot until needed, and you can actually keep any extra inside it to refill once you run out!
