Sometimes you just need a quick and easy meal, especially after a long
day of traveling. I created this recipe by using an assortment of
leftovers. I chose to add the sauce in stages to keep everything moist. It
turned out really well!
I made these cupcakes for the Cupcake Menorah in a Chanukah party. This is a recipe that I can see myself making for years to come. I found it on the kaboose.com website. I like using egg whites and yogurt in recipes as healthy alternatives. I spread them with vanilla frosting (Recipe #122090) and they were incredible!!
I usually make bread in the bread machine. One night, when I didn't have time for the bread machine, I used my kitchen aid mixer recipe book and modified their recipe for 60-minute rolls. The result --homemade bread and biscuits in less than 60 minutes!
I love brownies, especially brownies that have the right blend of
chocolate chips & a gooey brownie texture. This recipe was created using a
combination of recipes when I didn't have any cocoa powder and was in the mood for some brownies without a lot of extra fat. The end result ---"cakey" delicious brownies
My husband and I love to cook together. We especially enjoy modifying “tried and true” recipes to come up with new dishes. One Friday night, when we didn’t have chicken broth in the house, we looked at the white grape juice as an alternative. The end result –a moist and lightly sweet chicken dish, perfect for any night!
