I found this in the newspaper several years ago. It is really yummy and very easy and quick! If you like a little bit of spice, I add 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of chile oil to the dressing ingredients. When cooking the noodles, I check them often because I add the snow peas and carrots to the same water at the appropriate times. You can also add cubed chicken, beef or pork to make it a meal instead of a side dish. It's great for a pot-luck and always makes a big hit! Enjoy!

    Recipe #458656

My father used to always make hot spiced cider at Christmas time, and I loved it - one of my favorite Christmas treats. But, with a combination of apple, orange, and pineapple juices, it was pretty high-carb - and now I am diabetic, so it's a definite no-no. But I have missed it so much, so I started trying to think of a low-carb alternative. This is what I came up with, and it's pretty darn good!! From what I have calculated, the whole pot has less than 60 carbs, so it is pretty guilt-free!! Enjoy!

    Recipe #405771

This is sooooo easy and light - and YUMMY!! For the 4th, I added the layers of blueberries and blue Jello, but I usually just use strawberries. When I got this recipe, it called for regular cakes and Jello, but because there are some diabetics in my family, I tried using the sugar-free angel food cakes (Walmart) and Jello - no one can tell the difference. Everyone loves it and because it is so easy to do, it is one of my all-time favorites! The recipe as follows is for a 9 X 13 pan.

    Recipe #380285

This is one of my family's favorite summer meals. The creamy Italian dressing is really hard to find anymore, the last time I made it, I used a creamy Caesar dressing. Not quite the same, but still yummy! I usually throw in an extra can of the artichoke hearts. You can also add grape tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers - almost anything you might want in it. I serve it with toasted, buttered french bread.
