I know this probably sounds a little unusual, but I got it from vegweb.com and I'm curious to try it (haven't as of yet...). I actually think it sounds amazing, but I am obsessed with granola, peanut butter, and ice cream! It got good reviews on that website, so we'll see. This does not require an ice cream maker. It didn't specify, but I'd say a few hours in the freezer after it is made should do the trick.

    Recipe #200048

This comes from vegweb.com. They got rave reviews there so I'm guessing they're pretty darn good! Can't wait to try them! Plus, they're vegan!! I'm not exactly sure how many cookies this makes (12-15 is a guess). Substituting applesauce or fruit puree for the oil was a recommendation, as well as carob chips or raisins in place of chocolate chips. Also another person suggested subbing 3/4 sugar with 1/4 maple syrup and 1/2 brown sugar, adding a dash of nutmeg, some allspice, and even a banana! These are pretty versatile, so whatever strikes your fancy.

    Recipe #199930

This is from fat free vegan kitchen. Healthy and yummy...haven't made it yet, but hopefully I can make it soon enough! Lemme know...times are estimates.

    Recipe #198925

This is a recipe from oprah.com! (says created by Art Smith, so that's where the credit goes!)...sounds tasty! This would make a great veggie side dish. (I think you could vary this by adding sweet potatoes, asparagus, broccoli, etc...experiment!)

    Recipe #198808

This is from the website healthrecipes.com. I would recommend checking it out...it's full of info on eating healthy, staying in shape, etc. This sounds sooo tasty! You could vary the fruits by adding/subing peaches, pineapple, grapes, etc...Just have fun with it and be creative! (Serving size is a guess because I haven't made this yet)

    Recipe #198702

From the Tripod Recipe Publisher - vegan! Haven't tried it yet, but it sounds promising...lemme know!

    Recipe #198133

Courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens - bhg.com. Sounds like a fun spin on "normal" mashed potatoes. Make-Ahead Tip: Prepare pesto. Cover and chill pesto for up to 2 days or pack in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month.

    Recipe #195669

Got this from bhg.com - Better Homes and Gardens website. Check it out...they have some great recipes! This is a good vegetarian pasta dish. (Makes 6 to 8 side-dish servings or 4 main-dish servings.)

    Recipe #195664

Courtsey of Better Homes & Gardens - bhg.com. I tweaked this recipe to make it a bit healthier and more to my liking.

    Recipe #195660

Courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens - bhg.com. This recipe got good reviews on that website, so I'm putting it here for safe keeping and hopefully I'll get around to making it. Lemme know what ya think!

    Recipe #195653

I got this from a vegan recipe website - http://www.bryannaclarkgrogan.com/page/page/579094.htm. This is a lot cheaper than store-bought granola; it is also made in the microwave, which is good because it doesn't dry out like most granola made in the oven. Low-fat and a lot more nutritious than store-bought, as well. It sounds good, but I haven't tried it yet...lemme know what you think, and cooking/prep times are estimates.

    Recipe #193942

Another Chet's Recipe - low-fat, low-sodium alternative to corn chips. I would suggest dipping in salsa or guacamole!! Yummy!

    Recipe #193342

I got this recipe from an email newsletter I get every week with Vegetarian recipes...seems like a different spin on carrots; sounds great to me! Some measurements are subject to the individual, so feel free to experiment! (serving size and cook times are estimates)

    Recipe #193023

I got this off of oprah.com - healthy foods to survive the holidays! I love sweet potatoes and this sounds pretty amazing! Thanksgiving is coming up so...yummy! (cooking time are estimates)

    Recipe #191709

Another Central Market recipe that I am posting here so I don't lose it! Sounds great to me! (cooking time does not include all-night marinate; and prep. time is an estimate)

    Recipe #191428

I got this from the Central Market website! Really excited to try it sometime soon! (Central Market is an absolutely AMAZING place, kind of like Whole Foods but bigger and better...sadly only in Texas!)...cooking time includes 2-hour cooling period. and preparation time is just an estimate.

    Recipe #191427

This recipe came from an Email newsletter I get every week with healthy recipes - "Chet's Recipes"; Sounds pretty good to me! Lemme know if you like it! (Preparation time is a guess because I haven't made the recipe yet!)
