    I know this probably sounds a little unusual, but I got it from and I'm curious to try it (haven't as of yet...). I actually think it sounds amazing, but I am obsessed with granola, peanut butter, and ice cream! It got good reviews on that website, so we'll see. This does not require an ice cream maker. It didn't specify, but I'd say a few hours in the freezer after it is made should do the trick.

    This comes from They got rave reviews there so I'm guessing they're pretty darn good! Can't wait to try them! Plus, they're vegan!! I'm not exactly sure how many cookies this makes (12-15 is a guess). Substituting applesauce or fruit puree for the oil was a recommendation, as well as carob chips or raisins in place of chocolate chips. Also another person suggested subbing 3/4 sugar with 1/4 maple syrup and 1/2 brown sugar, adding a dash of nutmeg, some allspice, and even a banana! These are pretty versatile, so whatever strikes your fancy.

    I got this from a vegan recipe website - This is a lot cheaper than store-bought granola; it is also made in the microwave, which is good because it doesn't dry out like most granola made in the oven. Low-fat and a lot more nutritious than store-bought, as well. It sounds good, but I haven't tried it yet...lemme know what you think, and cooking/prep times are estimates.
