A long time family favorite and a tradition on Halloween. The original name of the recipe was "Mixed Grill Firenze" but my kids didn't think that was very appealing, so they changed the name. This recipe is very easy to double, triple, etc. Great for picnics kept warm in a crockpot.
Years ago, at a fancy dinner party featuring Prime Rib, this was the first course and the star of the party. The host was a little embarrassed to give out the recipe, but I managed to get it from him. Very easy and one of the best cheese soups I've ever had.
