This is the best tasting pulled beef which my finicky child always has seconds. My family enjoys this after a long day. I enjoy the perfect flavor for my taste buds. Took years of experimenting to get it where I like it.
I like this recipe because it is a double recipe. It can be made to enhances the beef while marinating overnight. I also recommend this recipe can be made as a sauce to brush on beef while grilling. Good stuff from when I lived in the MidWest. I did change onion powder from original recipe that called for a half of white onion.
Makes a yield of 1 1/2 Cups Sauce or Marinade
This took years to make mac & cheese like "Nan" used to make. I finally got it right by accident (being low on the cheese & decreasing the amount). How funny it is when I got it right by being low in stock on the main ingredient. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family & I do. I make this all year round and it's worth the effort. It's a big hit at Church pot lucks too.
