This tastes just like my local Japanese restaurants' does. I hope my instructions aren't too confusing. Whenever I serve this, I give each person an eggplant half so they can eat the eggplant out of the eggplant shell.

    Recipe #161737

I got this off of a cereal box. I'm vegan so I use the egg replacer and soy milk, but feel free to use a real egg and regular milk.

    Recipe #160652

From Gianna's Grille restaurant in Philly. Haven't tried it yet - it's for nutritional info and safekeeping.

    Recipe #159810

    Recipe #159457

One of my favourite comfort foods:)

    Recipe #159454

    for nutrition. from www.vegcooking.com

    Recipe #159411

    for nutrition info.

    Recipe #159410

Never tried this, but am posting for safe keeping and nutritional info. Tell me how you like it.

    Recipe #155615

Easy recipe! Hmm... not sure about the exact measurements of the sugar and cinnamon, because I used one packet of Sugar in the Raw for the sugar and sprinkled on the cinnamon, but I think this is about right. For the sugar I'm sure you could use some brown sugar instead. For the puff pastry I used frozen Pepperidge Farms. Each sheet yields about three 3" circles. Prep time does not include pastry thawing time.

    Recipe #149410

Vegan. Two ingredients. Low fat. Can you get any better? If you want a vanilla cake or any other cake that's light in colour, do the same thing but use a lemon lime soda or clear birch beer. I suppose you could get creative with this, using cherry, orange, or any other flavoured soda, but this I'll leave that up to you:)

    Recipe #147890

My whole family absolutely loves this. You can add anything you'd like to the recipe, you can add spices and seasonings or add different vegetables. The recipe is very basic.

    Recipe #146071

I found this recipe a while ago somewhere and had a copy of it printed out. I've never tried it, so if anyone does please tell me how it went. And if it was a terrible recipe, I'm sorry!:)

    Recipe #145811

Easy, spicy, and healthy. This will fill you up, and warm you up as well. Serve it with fresh lime wedges for a citrus kick. You could also serve it over brown rice.

    Recipe #145677

Delicious dish. Not spicy at all, but you can add more spice if you wish. I served it over brown rice, but feel free to serve it over white rice, noodles, or plain - but if you eat it plain I suggest less water.

    Recipe #144250

I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds good. In dishes like this, I freeze my tofu and then thaw it out before I eat it. For this dish I'm sure you could also use TVP, seitan, or tempeh, although the cooking times may vary.

    Recipe #144058

This is a pretty simple recipe. It's a pretty small batch, so you may want to double it. The recipe needs no dairy-free cheese, but feel free to add some or sprinkle on top.

    Recipe #143759

These brownies don't have any "unusual" ingredients in them that a lot non-vegans are willing to try. I found this recipe online and changed the recipe around a bit. I baked them for a school project and everyone loved them! Sure they aren't too healthy but...:)
