This is easy and eye pleasing! Make ahead if you wish, then crisp a little in a hot oven before serving or allow one hour before serving. Photo shows 2 potatoes.
I have made 16 - 20 potatoes for large dinners and this is a time saver.
Recipe is for 4 potatoes.
The bacon is slow cooked with the vegetables and the chicken is cubed with chicken broth and orzo is added. It takes only five minutes for that last step until serving. If you serve rice, precook and then add to recipe with the chicken broth.
This recipe gives you fruit to use in recipes, drinks or cut up and eat. The plus is a citrus vinegar to add to salad dressings or marinate meats and fish. This vinegar can be used in cake mixes such as "crazy cake or add a little in a lemon cake, if you wish.
This is for frozen steaks. From freezer to
oven to plate. This is not for thick cuts of meat. Thick cuts allow extra baking time. Everything my Mom told me "not to do" with a steak is in this recipe and it works!
You will probably purchase green plantains, let them ripen to the yellow/brown/black stage. Rum is optional, but very delicious in the recipe and served with the recipe.
(They look like huge fat long green bananas)
This recipe uses Chinese Five Spice that has ginger, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and cardamon. This roast has zest. The sauce over vegies is a mellow citrus taste and does not overpower. The sauce is great over sliced venison.
Cook & serve potatoes separately. Reader will not accept 16.9 oz bottle Green Tea with Citrus. The recipe calls for two bottles but I can't put in the ingredients.
There is no shortening or butter in these biscuits, light fluffy and high with leftover mashed potatoes or instant mashed potatoes and with a slight touch of herbs in the dry dressing mix. This is so easy! One of my hubby's favorites.
I make this in a flash, easy! I usually serve with fish. Can be served anytime with any dish. Two methods of cooking. The dipping sauce is also very easy. If you mix the dipping sauce with peanut butter, kids like it for breakfast.
This recipe could be used on any light flavored squash. Three steps and you are done. The squash is wonderful reheated the next day if you have any leftovers. I have added another ingredient to the garam masala. It is optional but my family seems to like it.
This is an Oops! recipe. I forgot the half of the sugar in a cake and this is what resulted. It is moist, delicious after cooling or refrigerated. Will keep for a long time.(if you have to take to a pot luck, otherwise it will be gobbled up)
I have made this dressing/sauce for years and decided to post. Leave out the horseradish if dressing used for salads, put in if used on top of grilled or baked meats. Brush on grilled pork or ham. Garlic in the recipe is also optional. I like it for both uses.
I made a recipe similar to this using chicken. I had some sliced ham and decided to make a recipe. Bow Tie pasta or Macaroni is used, your choice. Make in the morning, serve in the evening.Chill time is cooking time.
These rolls are moist. If you don't like garlic, substitute fine chopped onion. These freeze well. This makes a large batch.
I like cilantro for color and taste.Serve with pork chops or ribs or chicken.
