Cooking with Paula May/June 2006. Quick and easy to put together and great flavor! I added a whole jalapeño chopped finely for some heat.

    Recipe #238627

From Cuisine at Home. This was so easy to make and on the table in no time. Great with a splash of lemon. I serve it with steamed broccoli and baked sweet potatoes.

    Recipe #236774

I expanded slightly on a recipe in BH&G Make-Ahead Cooking (more ground beef, more cheese, added salt and pepper). We all really enjoyed this. I think it would also be good with chicken. Note: The original recipe didn't indicate the measurements of the baking dish--I would recommend something smaller than 9x12 with higher sides like a lasagna pan.

    Recipe #220291

I was wary of the large quantity of butter when I made this the first time, especially in the beginning stages of cooking when the eggs and butter are both liquid. Trust me though--these will be the best scrambled eggs you have ever tasted. You can use slightly less butter, but don't be too stingy. I recommend trying it with the full butter at least once! From Tasty: Get Great Food on the Table Every Day by Roy Finamore.

    Recipe #215582

I'm posting this for Liz at Crossroads! (Liz--I hope this fits the bill for what you were looking for). It looks easy, tasty and foolproof. From Tasty: Get Great Food on the Table Every Day by Roy Finamore. (Can be easily halved).

    Recipe #212950

These are lovely, chewy-soft rolls with a hint of whole wheat. I shaped them into rolls, but they would make great rolls for sandwiches if you rolled the dough out into a large rectangle and cut it into 4 x 3 rectangular pieces and transferred them to the pan with no further shaping. You might also like to try them with butter or olive oil/balsamic vinegar dipping sauce. From Firehouse Food, Karen Kerr. Recipe cut in half from original to accommodate my Kitchenaid mixer :)

    Recipe #212123

Suggested frosting for Basic 1-2-3-4 Cake

    Recipe #207894

From Paula Deen's mag. I loved her green bean bundles, so this is bound to be as good as it looks. She served them on a bed of rice with cornish game hens.

    Recipe #203666

This recipe was included in Food Network version of Recipe #202677.

    Recipe #202656

A favorite recipe recommended to me by my friend Lynn.

    Recipe #202262

This frosting reminds me of marshmallows--but not as sweet. It was originally part of another recipe, but I think it would be great on a variety of cakes. Active prep time includes cooking time.

    Recipe #202071

A goodie Betty shared with the group at our annual rughooking retreat. Recipe originally came from the back of a Duncan Hines brownie box, but she decided she liked a Betty Crocker boxed brownie mix better. Cook time does not include time to cool. I thought the oatmeal layer might detract from the brownie, but it was a wonderful compliment.

    Recipe #199845

These are the delicious cookie squares that Betty M brought to my semi-annual rughooking pot luck. There were many requests for the recipe. She indicated changes if you would like to make larger batch for 9x13-inch pan.

    Recipe #199600

Pat M. brought these to my rughooker's semi-annual pot luck yesterday. I must say, I had more than my share. It was the best of this type of casserole/appetizer I have tried. Let stand for a few minutes to firm up and cut small for appetizers. May be served with Picante sauce on the side.

    Recipe #199008

A simple muffin with golden raisins. Personally, I would add cinnamon to the topping and leave out the raisins. Some nuts would be a nice addition too. From Everyday Food
