    This is a very versatile and easy recipe. Basically you add whatever veggies you want to this and marinated artichokes. The marinade is the dressing. Usually I add a little more vinegar and olive oil, oregano, basil and taragon to it.

    I got this on Epicurious.com, from Bon Appetit. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks good. I'd substitute the jalapenos with some nice Hatch hot chiles.

    Whole Wheat Bread from Cookbooks.com with my changes, molasses instead of honey, and 1 cup of multigrain cereal substituted for 1 cup of the bread flour. Makes a nice light bread.

    A good friend, who shares my love of cooking, gave me this recipe about 5 years ago. I don't know where she got it. Everyone who tastes the cookies, loves them. The recipe has no eggs and for those with gluten allergies, they work fine with rice flour. Do let people know they are made with honey; some people are deathly allergic to it.
