Below, where it says cream in the ingredients, I will have to put in an amount for the computer to recognize it. Just pour the amount that you would like. The drinks are made per person.     There are lots and lots of lemon pies, but this is my way. I don't care for meringue, I like whipped topping, but I have left the topping for you to decide for yourself. This recipe makes 2 pies. I have only made the two, and haven't cut it in half. Don't substitute anything for the evaporated milk. Chilling time included in the preparation time.

    This is almost a meal! So good, HOT, but good. This doubles and triples great. You might want to cut back on the chili peppers when doing so.You can control the heat. When you're ready to fire it up, get your ingredients ready! You can, of course, use the canned green chilies. It's great any way! If you ever get a mouthful of something too hot, don't drink water, it will just prolong the agony. Drink milk, cheese, cottage cheese, even sour cream. Ancho peppers are just dried poblano peppers.     Talk about comfort food, stop you're here! I use this recipe a lot, especially when I'm expecting guests for dinner. I make my own pasta, usually in the afternoon of the day my guests are expected. Locatelli is a delicious cheese, but if you're having trouble finding it, just go with a piece of Parmesan that you can create curls with. I also interchange the arugula with spinach. Both are fine. As for the pappardell, it is a wide pasta, looks sort of like lasagna, but don't use that it's too thick. If you don't make your own Pappardelle, and can't find it in your stores, just go with a wide noodle shape. It's so good, any shape is going to be great. Just improvise!

    I love hoisin sauce! If it came in a beverage form, I'd probably drink it! This is easy and you don't even have to go outside or start up the BBQ. The flavor in this broiled beauty is awesome. And it comes with it's own salad! You can place the cooked steak slices on a salad, and have it that way. You can also make it into a sandwich. Lots of ideas. Note: Boston lettuce is known for it's curley and very tender leaves. There are a few others, so look for them. They are delicious.

    This is direct from the Club! Oh I love this soup. It's almost more than a soup. You will love this! This obviously isn't a recipe you want to come home after a long, hard day at work to make. But, it's rather a kind of rainy day type recipe. One where you put on some soft jazz, throw some sweats on and pour yourself a glass of wine,a nice Cabernet, and have the whole kitchen to yourself. You will love this. If you will measure everything out and have everything ready, it's a snap to make the soup. And don't forget a nice crusty, fresh loaf of a nice sourdough bread. You can find beef bases in your supermarket, usually by the canned soup. I know my jar is the "Better than Beef" brand, and I know there are several brands out there.They are so much better than bouillon. You don't have to fight the wrapping on the bouillon cubes, and the beef base is moist.Cooking times are approximate.I have doubled and tripled this recipe.Check your seasonings before adding triple amounts. You can add in, but you can't take out. You can make a meal out of this.

    Boy, the title says it all! This cake is not for dieters. This is a serious cake! This is a beautiful cake, and the taste is amazing. This is so perfect for special occasions,which includes any day. After all, aren't you worth it? This calls for a springform pan(8-inch). I have not made this with anything but a springfrom pan, but I suppose you could do it as a layer or 13x9-inch. Just mind the baking time, and adjust that. Times are approximate.
