I got this recipe from Ana Olsen and have been making it ever since. It is a very easy and truly wonderful cake. The coconut in the cake gives it a different texture then the usual. I have made it with pineapple, apples, as well as peaches and apricots. Give it a try, I know you will not be disappointed.

Hi; I don't remember where I found this quick and easy dumpling, but I have been using it in soups for years. The dumplings are filling and so delicious. They would be great in stews as well. Hope you give them a try.

I got this scone recipe from Ana Olsen's bake show. Its lovely and rich. Then I decided to make a dry master mix to store in the cupboard ( like Bisquick). Then when I want to make scones, I just measure out the wet ingredients, and mix with the measured dry ingredients, bake and there you are. Fast, and delicious! This mix makes 3 batches.

I had a meaty ham bone...and wanted a hearty stick to your ribs kind of meal. And this is what I came up with. It turned out so tasty...I have to share it. The baby lima beans cook up fast, I didn't even pre-soak them. But if you want...sure go ahead. Total time was 3 1/2 hours...and wow...its even better the next day. All the flavors blend in that time. I hope you give it a try, if your a bean soup person...this is a must.
