Traditional Shortbread with whole wheat and raw sugar.

    Recipe #167163

I make these all of the time. They're super simple and taste great! Please let me know what you think!

    Recipe #163731

This recipe comes from another site, but I am posting it here in order to save to my cookbook. Credit goes to Danielle. From Danielle: I love this recipe, it's like eating really juicy chicken. I know it seems odd to purchase "chicken" flavor shake 'n' bake, but you can find it without ANY animal ingredients at all!! My roommate dips them it ketchup, but I like it plain.

    Recipe #155013

I've taken this recipe from another site because I wanted to have it here in my cookbook. Credit goes to Judy Mitchell.

    Recipe #155012

This recipe is from the Feb. 2006 issue of Vegetarian Times. I have yet to try it. From VT: These fudgy brownies are really quite light. Soft tofu is the secret ingredient- it moistens and binds the mixture yet, flavorwise, stays in the background. These freeze well and are even tasty eaten directly from the freezer.

    Recipe #154216

This recipe is from the Feb. 2006 issue of Vegetarian Times.

    Recipe #154213

This recipe is from the local co-op in Austin, Tx. This pie is the best coconut pie that I've ever had, vegan or not. Try it, you won't be dissapointed!
