This is a sandwich filling. There was a small company, I believe called "Sunflower Foods" in Connecticut(Newtown or Monroe) that made something similar. We moved to New Hampshire and they closed-so creativity is called for. I love this with sweet pickles, lettuce or spinach, and tomatoes on toasted wheat bread. YUM!

    Recipe #227053

My two boys and I love this and we have it almost everyday. A healthy chocolate fix! I keep peeled frozen bananas in a zip freezer bag, always at the ready. This doubles easily.

    Recipe #227044

Very Yummy! This actually uses blended tofu that is baked in a pie pan to give an omelet shape. It looks more like an omelet as it browns. I am a vegan for ethical choices, but I always LOVED eggs, so this helps satisfy cravings. It is from "High Road To Health" by Linsay Wagner & Ariane Spade.

    Recipe #227041

This is from Lindsay Wagner (The Bionic Woman) and Ariane Spade's vegan cookbook "High Road To Health". It is more like a bar with jelly than a shortbread, that name has always confused me,but maybe I'm missing something. Anyway, it is one of the few actual recipes I use, which is a problem when you want to share. I love eating this raw-the REAL maple syrup makes it!!! Also it is EASY to make- i put the actual directions in but I just put in dry ingredients, then wet, then mix, nothing step by step.

    Recipe #222060

This is the recipe from "The New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook". SO EASY!!! My kids have always loved this, they are 15 and 11. Originally it called for 3TBS oil, I use 2, but I'm sure you could use less. A little indulgence doesn't hurt. I use olive oil because I LOVE it.
