Add fruit and vegetables whenever, possible, and this recipe is no exception. A good way to get in your 5 servings of fruit! The whole wheat flour adds fiber and vitamin E.

I came up with this having bought three eggplant in the bargain produce section. Yummy, warm and juicy! Perfect for a quick meal when reheated, just pop into the microwave. Healthy, low-fat, made with the healthiest vegetables!

    Recipe #147235

This was the "omelet" I made my brother for breakfast one morning...not enough egg, too many veggies he said, so it is more of a scramble...but a yummy scramble!

    Recipe #145361

I call these my "Gobble Them Up" cookies because they are so healthy and delicious, you won't just want to eat one! They are bite-sized cookies, the star ingredient is the oats and there is just enough flour to hold all the ingredients together.

    Recipe #144975

This is a recipe I came up with myself after getting sick of on the run meals and I wanted to make something that would keep well during the day and energize me--while also giving me the fiber, veggies, and nutrition I need. A bar for quick snack to tide you over or even a few "bars" for a meal replacement. Obviously I like being healthy, so if you like the bread bar sweeter then use 3/4 cup of both brown and white sugar. This is good served warm with a slice of fat free cream cheese, cottage cheese, or even honey.

    Recipe #144148

From Quakeroatmeal.com If you want to use margarine, you can decrease the applesauce/apple butter to 3/4 cup and add 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) of margarine, softened.

    Recipe #143835

A lighter, lower fat brownie from Quakeroatmeal.com. Eat it and don't feel guilty afterwards!

    Recipe #143833

My own recipe, made for a filling, healthy breakfast or anytime you need a quick, healthy snack. Dice the apples according to how you like them, make them small if you don't like tasting big pieces of apple in your breads. Use 2 large eggs if you like the bread moister and melty. Otherwise 1 large egg will get you a very dense bread.

    Recipe #143831

I got this from the Cheerios website, they have this new line of Berry Burst Cheerios that are delicious!

    Recipe #142890

From the Cheerios website, this is a great recipe to try with the kids, as they will love the hands-on process of making these cute Jack O'Lanterns. Also a great decoration or food gift.

    Recipe #142864

This is an adaptation from the Cheerios website, you can also substitute the 2 cups of oatmeal for 2 cups of Cheerios for a whole grain crunch!

    Recipe #142862

An easy to make snack that you can take with you on the run that satisfies your sweet tooth!

    Recipe #142861

From the Cheerios website. Sounds yummy!
