Extremely tasty and easy soup/chili recipe. Let it simmer all day for a thicker chili, or cook shorter and serve as more of a soup. It's great to make a big pot and have plenty of leftovers! I especially love eating this with tortilla or corn chips!
I love to make a big tray of these and keep them in the freezer for quick dinners, or pull them out and take them to work for lunch, they microwave great. I had hesitations about the cinnamon in this recipe, but it's fantastic, I absolutely love the flavor! This recipe makes 18 pieces, I normally eat 2 per meal.
I love banana bread and this is an easy, healthy version that my family really enjoys. One tip - if you're bananas aren't ripe enough for banana bread just pop them in the oven (in the peel) until they darken up. It brings out the sugars and gives them that sweet flavor needed for great banana bread.
I've tried a ton of different recipes to make guacamole that I would really enjoy, but the only thing I'd come up with was "OK". I found this recipe on chipotlefan.com, a site devoted soley to Chipotle restuarants, the recipe is awesome! I've honestly never had guacamole at Chipotle so I don't know how well it compares, but reguardless, this stuff is great!
A little extra flavor in already loved tortillas! Wok oil in place of regular oil adds a great little kick to your tortillas. It's great for regular burritos or try making an asian stir-fry and rolling them up in these tortillas!
