I found this recipe online and altered it slightly. I came across this while searching for Caribbean recipes for ZWT5. Edited to add: I made this a few days ago and found the mixture needed a little sweetness so I added a bit of honey. I think this may have been because my fruit was a little tart due to not being ripe enough. Just wanted to mention so that you can taste your mixture ahead of time and decide if you want a touch of sweet added before assembling.

I got this recipe from "Favorite Brand Name Slow Cooker Recipes". The original recipe called for 4oz canned sliced mushrooms instead of fresh, so you could use those instead if you wish in this recipe. Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.

These are the crepes my co-worker from France made us at work one day for a treat. They were delicious. She said that this recipe can be cut in half and can be used for sweet or savory crepes.

This chili is just as hearty as beef chili only without the added fat. I wanted something low calorie (low WW points) for my lunches and this fit the bill nicely! You can add any extra vegetables that you like. 1 cup per serving.

This is my go-to sauce for our Friday night "Pizza Night". Very quick and easy to throw together and no cooking involved. The boiling water used in this recipe helps the flavors meld quickly without needing to simmer for any length of time.

I wanted to make BBQ pork tenderloin in the slow cooker, but not pulled pork. This worked out nicely so I thought I'd post the recipe so I can make it again. Hope you enjoy it too. This was easy to slice, though could have easily been shredded as well. Served with rice to put the extra sauce on, along with a veg (I used peas and carrots). I only cooked 1 pork tenderloin and had lots of sauce leftover so you might only want to double the sauce if you do 3 or more tenderloins I would guess?!?

This is a low fat, easily adjustable vegetable lasagna. Use whichever veggies are your favorites to customize this recipe to your particular tastes or what you happen to have on hand. Enjoy!

This was a hit for us. I love coming up with ww friendly recipes, this recipe fits the Core program. This tastes so good that you'd never guess it's healthy and good for you! You can add mushrooms to this if you wish, I leave them out because DH doesn't like them.

This is a flavourful version of cabbage rolls without all the work! It's really good served with mashed potatoes. I think this dish is great as is but if you really don't like much salt in your food I would only add half of the onion soup mix. This recipe is weight watchers core when made without the addition of the optional cheese.

These are really yummy and I make them every year for the Christmas holidays. I especially like them stored in the fridge and eaten cold but they're great at room temp too!
