Taiwanese walnut cookies are very nutty and rich. We love to have them with tea. You can also dip them in milk or almond milk. This recipe makes 9 big cookies. Just double the recipe if you need more of these delicious and traditional Chinese cookies. Enjoy!!

    Recipe #497561

It was originally a "random stir-fry" because I simply used what I had in my refrigerator. I also experimented with Worcestershire sauce this time. It's not a traditional ingredient that we would use for stir-fry. I did love the outcome. The combination of onions, bell peppers, turkey sausage and shrimps makes this dish look colorful and go very well with rice. Plus, it is healthy!

    Recipe #497269

I have craved for these pork buns for two years. It is a type of street food that you can find almost everywhere in Taiwan. Fortunately, I was able to find the ingredients here in the US. Making pork buns is complicated and time consuming. But once they come out from a bamboo steamer, I know it's worth it!!

Citrus fruits go very well with chicken. Like my another dish "Crispy Orange Chicken", it doesn't require extra oil to cook but uses chicken fat from the thigh skin. After pan-frying and baking, the entire skin fat would come out. You get not only crispy skin but also tender and delicious chicken thigh. Plus, using real lemons to make sauce is a lot better than a packed product. Who knows what's in it? Anyway, enjoy this recipe. I think you'll love it!

    Recipe #496514

This is a delicate tofu dish with sweet and tender butternut squash. Ginger and green onions not only highlight the taste but also give the whole dish a combination of fine aroma.

    Recipe #496041

To make a good stir-fry sometimes requires a secret ingredient. In this dish "Beef & Green Pepper Stir-Fry" I like to marinade beef with "Chinese BBQ sauce". Please give it a try. You'll find it irresistible!!

    Recipe #495262

Pork belly stew is absolutely comfort food for Chinese. It might look a little fatty but actually after simmering, the fat tastes chewy and goes very good with steamed rice!!

    Recipe #494783

Traditional Kung Pao Chicken is hot! But you can always adjust the amount of dried chili. Since this recipe is authentic and has satisfied many people, I encourage you to give it a try! Enjoy!!

    Recipe #493847

This is my version of "Corn & Ham Soup". We don't add any cheese in it and I personally don't use cornstarch or flour as a thickener. Therefore it's healthier and lighter but it's still rich and delicious!!

    Recipe #490536

I often cook "Crispy Orange Chicken" for my American friends. It always turned out so good and everyone loved it!

"Hot and Sour Soup" is a perfect soup in the fall and winter. It's also a healthy and delicious soup which you can't miss. In Taiwan we love it all year long! Plus, we add dumplings in the soup! You can find the ingredients pretty easy in any Chinese markets.
