This recipe is a variation of Nimz's Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe (recipe #66241). My son has a severe egg allergy and I have been looking high and low for a pancake recipe. I learned that applesauce can be a substitute for eggs when egg only provides moisture to the recipe. 1/4 cup applesauce can take the place of one egg. So I decided to use a buttermilk pancake recipe to test this, since there are other ingredients to provided fluffiness (ie. buttermilk, baking soda, and baking powder) and it worked! My son has finally eaten a delicious pancake - one that does not taste like paste. Try and enjoy!

    Recipe #415761

I got this recipe from the website. I never made it but am saving it here to come back to later. It is milk, egg, peanut, treenut, and soy free.

    Recipe #226328

I needed a quick side dish to go with salmon. I made this up with what was left in my cupboards and it was quite tasty!

    Recipe #225483

This is a quick and easy side for any meal. Add some cooked chopped meat and it can be a main dish.

    Recipe #224626

I created this dish because it was all that was left in my cupboards. I was going to make traditional chicken and rice, but found a can of tomatoes instead of Cream of Mushroom soup. Well, I think I lke this better and my family did too. I used chicken wings because I lacked chicken breasts. I'll try it with breasts next time.

    Recipe #201051

This is an easy side dish recipe for the crock pot. Adjust seasonings to your liking because I don't know if the measurements are exact. I also make these in the oven, just bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until tender.

    Recipe #195725

I cook these for a main dish or as an appetizer when I am entertaining. My measurements can be adjusted because I don't usually measure the ingredients. These tend to stick to the pan, so be careful when flipping.

    Recipe #194839

I serve this with mashed potatoes, a green vegetable, and buscuits. It's a good change from the normal fried pork chop.
