A Mexican twist on a basic zucchini fritter – Can be used as a light meal or a side to a yummy piece of steak or chicken.

    Recipe #461080

This makes a dense tasty cake that you will always want to come back to for more!

    Recipe #461068

This is delish! Now I just need to work out how to make it gluten free and I have one wonderful anti alergy cake! This is a mixture of different egg free recipies I have tried. Although we are not allergic to diary - i find this works best with water... however - there is no stopping me topping this with a cream cheese icing! To keep it diary free I simply spread some apricot jam on the top for a glaze I often sub the carrot with zucchini and the sultana's with diced dried apricots

    Recipe #376823

A make ahead breakfast, worthy of company but easy enough for every day! I recommend that you do not use quick or minute oats, go the real stuff and you will be happy! If you can not find currants, try sultanas.

    Recipe #283060

A light refreshing drink that can be enjoyed with company on any occasion. I choose a dry white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc.

    Recipe #282961

Quick and easy meal using rotisserie chicken and frozen spinach! I made this on a night I thought I had nothing in the house

    Recipe #262708

A quick and easy weeknight dinner that can also be served to guests. I find using small zucchini and vine ripened tomatoes is best.

    Recipe #254898

    Recipe #254441

I work full time and have a 2 year old and a domestically challenged husband. I find that cooking most of our meals on the weekend and freezing them is the only way to keep sane. Due to this we tend to have a lot of Rice/pasta dishes with meat sauces. In order to make sure we all get our veggies I make this up and add it into every dish with a sauce base. Servings based on the amount of meals I use this in.

    Recipe #254425

Very quick and simple to make. It is in the crock pot with only 10 minutes prep.

    Recipe #244502

This is a simple and unassuming dish. It contains no onion soup mix and leaves a fresh clean taste. I serve this with fresh steam veggies and either cous cous or basmati rice.

    Recipe #240778

It was a cold and raining Saturday afternoon and I could not be bothered going shopping so this is what I came up with. The fresh veggies can easily be subbed with canned or frozen.

    Recipe #230930

This is what we call Chop Suey, my hubby's family call it chow mein... it is nothing like the recipes that are named that on this site, must be an Aussie thing.

    Recipe #228480

I made this for my 1 yr old and she ate 3 small bowls. This is from a kid that existed on milk and toast! It became a weekly option for her and I still make it now and she is 2. I make up this quantity and freeze in ice cube trays. I sometimes use this recipe but with larger chopped veggies to go with grilled chicken. For younger babies leave out the curry and puree. Servings was a guess depends on how much they eat and how big your veggies are

    Recipe #227238

This is a dish I started making in small quantities for my 18 month old, until the rest of the house kept taking the small containers out of the freezer and eating them! Now I make it in a big dish and it is enjoyed by all. I make the cheese sauce from scratch, however you can choose to use any thickish cheese sauce you like. Prep time include making the cheese sauce.

    Recipe #227236

Quick and easy if you use pre prepared stuff, not as quick but just as easy if you do it all from scratch. It is up to you the type of cheese sauce and the kind of mashed potatoes you use, spice it up, or leave it simple. This is loved by kids and adults in my house. Time based on making cheese sauce and potatoes from scratch.

    Recipe #224202

Another one of my crock pot creations, this one we had last night. I woke up in the morning and popped all ingredients in the crock except beans including frozen beef and it turned out well.... BTW... this is all we had in the house, maybe some different veggies might be good too.

    Recipe #221926

I am on a crock pot frenzy so I am writing up recipes that I think may be nice--have not tried this yet. I tried this last night, the flavour was wonderful, I made a quick change and added an extra cup of gravy.

    Recipe #221913

This is a regular at our house, for now, with a near on 2 year old I use smooth peanut butter and add crushed peanuts to the adults meals. This is kid friendly so add some fresh or dried chili if you like a kick. I also use this with diced beef

    Recipe #221462

This warming vegetable dish can be enjoyed as a meal or as a side. Play with the flavours and you can turn this in to a curry casserole (add curry powder instead of Italian herbs) or try Moroccan spices, Cajun spices or Hungarian spices... all delish! ------
