This is from the current Bon Appetit magazine, in the Fast Easy Fresh section. I fixed it for dinner tonight and we really enjoyed it. The coating is crispy and satisfying, and the tartar sauce is very good. I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as we did!

    Recipe #429169

I found this recipe in Cook's Country. It's delicious! Nice and crabby with a little kick. I made these appetizer size for Memorial Day and got 16 little cakes from this recipe. Deelish and easy!

    Recipe #428428

I was starving after church today and thought of this on the way home, based on what I knew I had in the pantry. It's easy and quick and we all enjoyed it with homemade tortilla chips from the oven.

    Recipe #406952

I'm not usually a fan of Sandra Lee's recipes, but this egg nog is so easy and soooo good! We really enjoy egg nog on Christmas Eve, but honestly, who has the time and energy to do one more thing? My daughter-in-law passed this on to me and I'd like to pass it on to you! It's very good!

Crabby, cheesy, hot and delicious. This is an easy and yummy appetizer we use at holiday time, but I'm not sure why we only have them then. Great recipe you can throw together with pantry items, although fresh crab is so much better.

I don't think you can beat this recipe for simple, delicious mushroom soup. My hubby would eat this every day if I fixed it for him. It's so good! Please try it, and throw out the canned variety! Don't let the lengthy list and directions stop you. Julia Child was very meticulous and it all goes easily and pretty quickly.

This is another great recipe from my friend, Jackie. We multiplied it by 11 and served it for brunch at our church's 100th Anniversary Sunday. We omitted the chilies, but added cubed ham. It's easy and delicious and everyone loved it! You can omit the butter, as well, or reduce it. For the big recipe that we did I added just 2 cups. I've made it in the original size without any butter and it's still rich and yummy. Make it the night before if you want, pull it out of the refrigerator in the morning and bake.

This is really good! I never would have thought so, but my friend brought this to a potluck and we all loved it and asked for the recipe. So easy, too!

This is from Razzle Dazzle Recipes. Cook time is refrigeration time.

    Recipe #246286

This is from Everyday with Rachel Ray on her Pet Friendly page. It says it makes 1 pup sammy and 1 people sammy. I think, if you wanted, you feed your pup Science Diet and enjoy the sandwich with a people friend. I haven't tried this, but I will. It looks good. Let me know what you think.

    Recipe #245218

This is so good and easy. My friend Dixie makes this whenever someone is sick, but it's even better when you're well!

    Recipe #245047

This is outrageously rich and delicious! Kids love it (so do adults!). A friend of mine makes this on special days for the kids at church, birthdays, etc. They all go nuts for it!

Love this salad. It's a little different than other corn salads. So good when corn is in season.

Crispy and flaky on the outside, savory and a little sweet on the inside. Even though I titled this Lady Lunch, my husband loved this! Very quick and simple.

This is from Savor the Flavor of Oregon. A nice big and hearty, yet cold salad.

This is so refreshing and light, yet has a creamy topping that's just right. From Cooking Light. Cooking time is freezing time. Easy, easy!

This is an easy light supper or lunch pasta salad. It's simple to add chicken, bacon or shrimp to make it a little heartier if you like. Thanks to Jackie for submitting this to our new church cookbook.
