This recipe originally comes from Whole Foods Market's monthly publication. I modified it a bit. I love it because it contains dark leafy greens which are a nutritional powerhouse. This recipe is a lovely complement to any meat dish, but it has enough flavor to stand all by itself too. NOTE: prep time does not include time to prepare rice. To cook rice, follow directions on package.

    Recipe #413115

This recipe has become so famous at all of my family's gatherings that mom had to get more bean pots! She's made these beans for as long as I can remember. There are never any leftovers, no matter how many batches she makes. Note: Cooking time does not include time needed to soak beans.

    Recipe #342034

I found this recipe on the Food Network. We love to serve this as an appetizer with crackers. It's easy to prepare, and it's SUPER tasty. It can also be mixed with penne pasta for a fast dinner option.

    Recipe #317140

This is a recipe by Giada De Laurentiis. It is a fantastic, different twist on mac and cheese. I make this every summer for our annual family reunion cookout, and it's always a hit.

    Recipe #317125

My mom has made these beans for every family gathering I can remember. It's gotten to the point that she has to make two batches because one just doesn't cut it. The beans take a long time to make, but the way they make the house smell as they bake makes it worth it! NOTE: Prep time does not include soaking the beans.

    Recipe #317087

I found this recipe in the July/August 2008 Yankee Magazine. I'm not usually one for trying recipes out of magazines, but this recipe looked so good! I was not disappointed. This is a great change from traditional pasta dishes.

    Recipe #312772

This is an original recipe that combines many of my favorite flavors. The saltiness from the proscuitto and pesto combined with the sweet sundried tomatoes is a little party in your mouth with each bite. Hubby asks for this once a week...and it never gets old. Leftovers are great too...if you have any!

    Recipe #295593

I got this recipe from a French exchange student who is staying with my parents for the year. I tried making it myself, and it is delicious! The dish contains every color of the rainbow and is as nice to look at as it is to eat. I add yellow squash to mine as well just to give more color.

    Recipe #275942

This is a recipe from "Everyday Italian". It's VERY simple and VERY flavorful considering it has so few ingredients. I love to entertain with this recipe because it's so quick and east to make. Once it's plated, it looks BEAUTIFUL!

    Recipe #238434

This is a Rachel Ray creation, and it is FANTASTIC! I make this salad once a week during the summer. It's refreshing and very simple to make.

    Recipe #220962

This stew recipe came from "Tyler's Ultimate" on the Food Network. It is FANTASTIC. The beef comes out tender and delicious. The orange peel and cloves create a great, warm flavor. Use a good bottle of wine and you will taste the difference! Serve with some crusty bread, and enjoy!

    Recipe #213626

This is a 30 minute meal by Rachael Ray...and it's delicious! It's spicy, but you can control the heat. Just alter the amount of chipotle in adobo that you use. It's a GREAT combination of sweet and spicy all at once.

    Recipe #180743

This is a MUST at every holiday in our family. I suggest doubling the recipe...it always goes fast!

    Recipe #146022

Great as a main dish served with rice and veggies, or as an appetizer. I had a lot of leftover sauce, so you may want to cut the sauce recipe, or just make more yummy shrimp to use it up!

    Recipe #143530

Very tasty and quite easy. Note: Do not put veggies on the whole pizza if you want to have leftovers...they get yucky when you try to re-heat. I also like to substitute pepper jack cheese for cheddar.

    Recipe #143527

This is comfort food at its finest. It's easy to prepare, and will warm you up from the inside out!

    Recipe #140833

This is a favorite at any summertime gathering. It's always the first thing to go at our 4th of July BBQ! (NOTE: prep and cooking time does not include 24 hour refrigeration)

    Recipe #140161

This is a recipe I found in a Gooseberry Patch cookbook. I've modified the recipe a bit. Even my husband who doesn't particularly like meatloaf LOVED it. It can be frozen too!

    Recipe #140137

My mom used to make this recipe all the time. The cookies never lasted long when Dad was in the kitchen! They're easy to make, and soft and chewy. Where's the milk?
