This recipe is originally from an old cook book of mine 'Vegetarian Cooking Made Easy' by Veronica Vezza. It's a really hearty and tasty dish. I like to add some mustard to the cheese sauce to give it some kick. Serve with cabbage and sausages.
This is very quick and easy but extremely tasty. I sometimes like to substitute the Dijon mustard with Coleman's English Mustard for a really HOT taste. Lemon thyme is also nice used in place of the chives.
