I love scones, but haven't tried this recipe. My mom clipped it out from a magazine awhile ago. Courtesy Rao's Coffee Roasting Company in Amherst, Massachusetts. Note: I just noticed the 22-28 minute baking time. In my experience with scones, that seems lengthy. I would watch the baking time.

    Recipe #402822

Haven't tried this yet; clipped it from the local newspaper. "Use a good-quality bread, and reduce the basil and celery leaves to taste if you wish. Chef Glen Manzer suggests using the tender celery leaves from the heart of the stalks. He likes this dish with a simple roast chicken and Chianti." The bread for this salad can be seasoned and toasted before, if you wish. Other additions to the salad can be added, such as buffalo mozzarella, olives, cooked eggs, or poached tuna belly.

    Recipe #365028

Haven't tried these yet, but posting here for safe-keeping. I clipped it out of the newspaper --says recipe is originally from the May 2007 Issue of Everyday Food Magazine.

    Recipe #365024

One of our favourite shrimp dishes, which also happens to be easy and elegant! Use the largest available shrimp and serve over rice or with crusty bread to soak up the marvelous garlic butter. Source: Meridian Foods (Note: Oftentimes, we just do this in the skillet and skip the broiling part! The sauce is so delicious)

    Recipe #364519

This is the Portuguese version of a dunking cookie. They are delicious, buttery cookies. Originally from Sao Miguel in the Azores, my Avô (Grandpa) on my father's side was a baker for many years in Montreal. This was his recipe.

    Recipe #346027

My mom has made this for years. It is delicious. Tender and buttery.

    Recipe #345493

"Try this dessert with other seasonal fruit. It's quick and easy and you'll love the delicate flavour." Source: I've Got to Have THAT Recipe, Too!

    Recipe #343464

A household favourite. Everyone who tries these loves them. I have to make these every couple of weeks because my family devours them! Not the recipe if you're looking for something healthy, mind you! Very moist, flavourful, and delicious! The coffee adds a nice dimension. Recipe Source: I've Got to Have THAT Recipe, Too!

    Recipe #343462

YUMMY. A favourite and oh so addictive. Posting here for safekeeping. Makes a great holiday gift. Servings are a guess!

    Recipe #340539

A lady I know makes the best German filling (for upside down German chocolate cake where the gooey bit is in the middle) in the world. I can't get enough of this stuff. Makes enough to fill one 9-inch chocolate cake. This will keep for one week in the fridge.

    Recipe #308350

Tasty, chewy, chocolately treats that have just the right amount of goo! Please make note that the serving sizes are just an estimate, and vary depending on how big you choose to cut your squares.)
