Got this recipe from my sister-in-law and can't wait to try it. I'm not sure where it orginally came from. Posting it now so I don't lose it. :D

Another from the Cook Yourself Thin girls on Lifetime TV. Enjoy! The chicken makes it more filling, but the dressing is what stands out for me.

Another from the "Cook Yourself Thin" series on Lifetime TV. DH loved the cheese and couldn't tell it was "diet food!" I think this would be great for company.

This is a tasty recipe from Lifetime's Cook Yourself Thin, DH and I tried this for dinner last night and really enjoyed it. Only changes I plan for the next time is to leave the greens on the side as it made things messy and maybe to use about half the parsley. 1 serving is 2 melts. I hope you enjoy!

I found this one on the website, orginally from Country Living. I looked on Zaar, but didn't see a good tunafish recipe with apples. I hope you enjoy it.

Great recipe from the Virignia Portfolio, I suggest serving with hard buttered rolls. We like our chili with more tomato, so I add 2 cans of crushed tomato.

Found this one on an ad for Grey Poupon. My new favoite way to make Pork Chops. Served with grilled zucchini and red peppers.

Not sure that this is actually Caribbean chicken, but that's what it was called when I received the recipe. It's very good and fairly healthy. I am adding it so that I don't forget it. I hope that you enjoy.

Found posted on by Christina J. I've been told this is the closest copycat recipe for Primanti Bro's cole slaw. Fingers crossed. I plan on making it today for a BBQ. Cooking time includes minimum refrigeration time. It was recommended that slaw be refrigerated overnight and served with a slotted spoon to drain excess dressing.

    A healthier option for Chimichangas

    Recipe #230953

Very inexpensive meal and also healthy! As a side note: do not salt dried beans until they are cooked, as the salt slows down the softening process. On another note, so-called "cooking" wines or sherries contain lots of added salt you can avoid this by using a drinkable sherry in this recipe.

This is a great alternative to high fat and high calorie taco salads at Mexican restaurants. If you want more "oomph" to it: add grated cheese and ground chicken, turkey or crumbled tempeh. Also, the beans are really good warmed.
