These taste just like the real thing - or maybe even better. They are great to make because they are quick, and don't require any baking.

    Recipe #245579

This is an incredibly good recipe. My husband was a little skeptical when he looked at the ingredients, but loved it once he tasted it. A must try! I first tried it at a friend's without the avocado and I add cilantro when I make it because I love the taste.

    Recipe #338021

My kids love this recipe because it makes a lot of better that can be stored in the fridge for up to six weeks. (Ours never lasts that long!) It is super easy to have fresh muffins any time you want. I omit the raisins because my kids don't like them. I got this recipe out of a Company's Coming Muffins and More Cookbook by Jean Pare.

    Recipe #196713

This icing is incredibly smooth and creamy, and not overly sweet. (It still has MANY calories though!!) I haven't found another one like it. It is not difficult to make, but does require some time. I use this icing for wedding cakes or other special occasions mostly, because it does require more time than other buttercream icings, but there really is no comparison. Thanks to my mother-in-law for this recipe as she had found it in a magazine years ago.
