This is an elegant, yet inexpensive, company dish, especially if you have learned to bone chicken breasts yourself. Salted sunflower nuts can be substituted for the cashew nuts, if desired. I have not yet made this recipe. I posted it as a request from another ZMember. *Note, cooking time does not include marinating time.

    Recipe #347544

These melt-in-your-mouth citrus bars are perfect for morning coffees or pot-luck meals when just a small taste of something rich and tart is desired. These bars are easy to pack in a lunch box for an added treat.

    Recipe #342140

Cutting down on meat portions is an easy way to cut calories. These Cornish Hens are split and marinated in a fragrant mixture of soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, onions and a small amount of oil. Broil quickly and serve with a tangy dipping sauce, if desired. Note: I have not made this recipe, was posted as a request from another 'Zaar member.

    Recipe #342068

Individual meatloaves bake more quickly than one loaf. You can make them ahead of time, freeze them, and pop them into the oven for a speedy no-work dinner on a busy day.

    Recipe #332540

Delicious and easy, this pie is a joy to make when company calls to say they are coming in unexpectedly. And it keeps well for several days wrapped in foil.

    Recipe #280907

I have to say, this is the BEST Oatmeal cookie that I have ever made! I found this recipe in a Sunset Magazine years ago. I cannot remember the name of the person who created this recipe, but they will forever have my love! I believe the story was that this person loved muffins and oatmeal cookies, but the muffins were too big and the cookies were too small. I LOVE these cookies...wait, did I say that already? ;-)

    Recipe #278785

Here is a soup that is elegant, easy to make and tastes terrific. However, do not cook it longer than 3 minutes as the ingredients do not require longer cooking and it will lose color and flavor. The soup is equally delicious served hot in winter or served cold on a hot summer's day.

    Recipe #277198

These are an unbaked, 3-layer cookie with a graham cracker and coconut base, a white, buttery filling and chocolate icing.

    Recipe #274438

This recipe is from "My Great Recipes". I have not yet made this cake, but it sure looks good! ;-)
