I use this everytime I make onion rings, hot poppers and other fried finger food. Once you use it for the first time, you won't have to reach for the recipe again, cuz it's so easy. To make more, just change the 1-1-1 to 2-2-2 or more.

My son asks for this almost every morning for breakfast. I like it because I don't really have to mess up the kitchen & it is quick. Different wattage microwaves may cause a slight change in the times that you cook. Using less eggs will change the time as well. If you forget the cooking spray, clean up is not as easy.

    Recipe #164143

From Betty Crocker's International Cooking. Bake this in a bundt pan. It is light, and pretty. Have your eggs at room temperature for best results when mixing. I included an apricot sauce to serve over it, but it is tasty with homeade cranberry sauce as well. Use your leftover egg yolks to make noodles!!

    Recipe #161539

    Recipe #161535

This is a rosy salad, due to the beet juice. A nice combination of crunch, sweet and sour.

    Recipe #161534

Beets are used a lot in Russian and Finnish cooking. This has a sweet and sour flavor that is very enjoyable. For a little crunch, garnish with cooked, crumbled bacon. If you don't have fresh beets, you may use store boughten canned beets, whole or chunked. I wouldn't recommend the sliced beets, as they crumble too easily.

    Recipe #161429

The chunkier the veggies, the better. If you want to save on time, use Oscar Meyer Ready to Serve Bacon.

    Recipe #161428

These are best if you let them sit in the refrigerator up to 2 days to allow the juices to soak into the eggs. I just cut open tea bags, since I don't have bulk tea. All passive time is cooking & cooling. Very pretty.

    Recipe #161291

These are very simple to make. When releasing the air from the balloons, do it slowly so the bowls don't crack. They are delicious bowls to serve ice-cream, pudding or various other treats in.

    Recipe #161209

This was from, but I tweaked it to make it sugar free as I cannot eat sugar. You can make this with any flavor of jello for variety. If you want to, make it with regular jello & regular ice-cream. This makes 4 servings. To make it for just one, reduce the milk to 1 cup & flavor with jello to your preferred taste.

    Recipe #161059

Found this in my Pfaltzgraff catalog. Roll the cheese balls into the size of cherry tomatoes and serve with crackers.

    Recipe #161058

If you are hesitant to try sushi because of the seaweed sheets--this is the recipe for you!! This recipe does not use the seaweed sheets.Furikake nori is a mixture of shaved bonito seaweed, sesame seeds and wasabi horseradish. It can be purchased at oriental stores or online. There are a lot of meringue cookie recipes, but this is the first one I have seen with jam in it. Eggs whip up best when they are room temperature. Serving amounts depend upon the size of hearts that you make & if you keep them as just outlined hearts or fill them in.

    Recipe #160699

I'm not sure where I got this recipe. It's a great way to use up the frozen rhubarb that you have to make room for this year's crop. Passive time is chilling time.

I have tried many different bruschetta recipes and none of them quite tickled my tastebuds until I tried the recipe from Penny's Gourmet to Go. Be sure to refrigerate this at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to mix. You can use 3 (15 oz cans) chopped tomatoes in place of fresh tomatoes.
